Reel78 is a UAE based production company by award-winning filmmakers
Razan Takash and Neo Apelian.
We are dedicated to creating bold independent Arab cinema with a focus on genre storytelling from dystopian futures to dark comedies and Sci-Fi high concepts. Our mission is to tell narrative stories that challenge expectations and put unique Middle Eastern voices on the global stage.
OUR Newest film
On December 14th 2025, KARAYR came on top at the first HollyShorts Dubai, winning the “Best of the Fest” Award.
It will now be part of the official selection, and will screen in competition at the OSCAR® qualifying film festival, HollyShorts 2026 in Los Angeles, California.
